Today's seminar was on successful fund raising. Obviously, the tech of this is well known as the OT Committee fundraisers were able to raise over $300,000 for midwest orgs! To top things off, one New Civilization Builder revealed his true identity as Superman and then joined staff at the Cincinnati Org!

Why Everyone Must Come Aboard

The keynote speaker for the evening was Rev. Alfreddie Johnson and if you've never heard him speak you've missed a real treat. He is eloquent, dynamic and he could convert Satan! One of the most spiritual, dynamic speakers I've ever heard!
And the key point of his talk was that, no matter who you are or what you do for a living, the future of this planet has something to do with you and you better step up to the plate, apply some knowledge, take responsibility and better control where this planet is headed if you want to have any sort of future.
Of course I haven't put it nearly so eloquently as Rev. Alfreddie did. Suffice to say he wowed us all!

Detroit Ideal Org Band

Entertainment was wrapped up by the Detroit Ideal Org Band which got the whole audience participating and dancing. Songs written just for the occasion had every attendee on their feet. Things really got kicked off and then came the briefings.
The Midwest is tops when it comes to production and is the only area where all Ideal Org buildings have been secured and space plans approved! So the bar has been set and all that is needed now is target attainment!

First up in the conference was some entertainment from the Hubbard Dianetics Foundation Director, who happens to be a one man band. So a bit of Stevie Ray Vaughn got us off to a rocking' start!

Tonight was the annual Christmas silent auction fundraiser and it was great! We had the dancing children as elves and reindeer and Santa Claus made an appearance and listened to everyone's Christmas wishes. Then, the OT Committee stepped things up into high gear and took it over the top--and we have now completed the fund raising for the space plans! You read it right! Yes, we now have the space plans paid so we can move into our next phase of renovations! Hats off to the OT Committee for a very successful Ideal Org fund raiser and for really making it go right in a big way!

IAS Seminar

The day after the IAS anniversary event there was a seminar showing the different sectors that are pushing forward to bring about planetary clearing. By survey of the attendees of the seminar, it was better than the event itself, amazing, gripping, fast-paced and excited everyone who attended!

Ideal Org Space Plans

Just got the word (hot off the lines) that full payment of the space plans is within our grasp! The OT Committee chairman just briefed the staff that we are nearly there and will have the last amount needed by Thanksgiving!
Once the plans are done of course it's a straight shot to getting the renovations done and then--the grand opening!
Well done to everyone who has worked to pull this off! This is very exciting news and our new Ideal Org opening is right around the corner!

The Chicago skyline was impressive but there's no place like home. Looking north on Grand, the Western Auto building is a keen landmark telling us we are almost there- both geographically and chronologically. We ARE almost there--so let's push it home.

As the convention ends, there's music, the Tech Sec of the Chicago Org sings, some delegates dance and there's a little bit of time for sight-seeing on the way out of Chicago.
This isn't an end of a convention, but the beginning of an alliance and a movement that will change the midwest. Powerful forces are now unleashed, operating in unison across the midwest with an unstoppable driving force to create Ideal Orgs.
Watch in the coming weeks because news will spread of the effects of this convention.

61st Anniversary of Dianetics

Yes, the 61st anniversary of the release of Dianetics: the Modern Science of Mental Health is upon us! The actual date was the 9th, but we will be celebrating this year on the 21st of May. This is a local event with news of Dianetics wins from around the world presented by the Executive Director of the Kansas City Org.

Centennial Success

The LRH Centennial celebration was a success with a large number of people attending and walking away with the free gift. The event started with some entertainment--first some music from Oscar and Dom, then a song from MacKenna and Lita. We also had a graduation ceremony for the 15 Hubbard Dianetics Auditors who recently got their certification and are now auditing. And of course, the video presentation with the highlights of LRH's life with lots of anecdotes, stories from LRH himself as well as what others had to tell about him. We, of course, had input of our own, live, with a couple of old-timers who worked with LRH in DC back in the 60's, who took the time to entertain the attendees with some stories of their own about what it was like to work with Ron.

All in all, it was a great event and if you weren't able to attend, you missed out.

You can come to the org and view the video and we should still have some of the free gift, which you can obtain.

The live entertainment....you'll just have to hear the stories.

Centennial Celebration

New Year's Wishes

So You Want an Ideal Org

It's one thing to say that having an Ideal Org is a good thing, and another to actually know it and go about creating an Ideal Org. But let's look at it from a completely first dynamic perspective.

Let's say all you really want is to go up the Bridge, make it to Clear and be happy. If you find it at all hard because you still have life's barriers, problems and counter-effort against what you are trying to accomplish--which is the way it actually is--you'll find that having an Ideal Org right in the neighborhood changes all that. Imagine having 20 or 30 auditors all there, waiting to take you in session. Imagine a team of 100 or 200 staff at your service to assist you in making it. Imagine going to an event where there are 1000 people all working for the same goal and you are now part of a powerful local force that can make it happen.

The bottom line is that everything you are trying to handle, every barrier you run into, every stop along the way, is totally handled by having an Ideal Org right here in Kansas City.

So hop aboard, be part of the movement, put your shoulder to the wheel, because this train is going down those tracks and the last stop is the Ideal Org!

Christmas and LRH

I got another briefing about LRH and what he was doing at Christmas time.

In 1980 he was studying "the man on the street, newspapers and magazines to pinpoint society's precise condition. And he exemplified how every Scientologist should apply the tech every moment of the day. He audited 6 sessions daily, and in between he wrote, alternating his auditing and writing. And of course he still found time to give assists to people he encountered in the community when he was out on the beach jogging.

"It was at this time that LRH provided two gifts to mankind--the Success Through Communication Course, and The Way to Happiness, which he called "gentle oil spread upon the raging sea." He says that if all Scientologists applied just these two tools alone--giving others the ability to communicate and a way to happiness--they could change this whole civilization in every land.

"And so on December 25th, 1980, LRH sat down to a traditional Christmas dinner of turkey with all the trimmings, and then went to his desk and wrote the following. It is as applicable today as it was then:

"This is a pretty barbaric society. We have new tech. We know what we are doing. And we are, little by little and person by person, changing this society for the better.

"Somebody used to keep a record of the things in Scientology that were being picked up by the society at large and used. Most of the time they don't give credit. But the items exist. In the past thirty years it has become an impressive list. Currently even the psychologists are busy reporting coming back to life after being dead.

"We are having an effect upon the societies of the world.

"And that's why I admire you. You are in there pitching, doing your jobs. I know it is sometimes rough, I feel for you. But above all, in the midst of a failing society, you are making your weight felt.

"I am very glad that you are there. I am glad you are my friend.

"Good luck in this year that is coming. It is a year that is in your hands. I have every confidence you will do well in it. The future is ours."

Christmas Peace

Got a briefing with an interesting quote from LRH, from a lecture in October 1954 called Axioms of Dianetics.

"Only when some violent politician can break down this knowledge that we all have amongst ourselves that we are all human beings...can you get anybody to fire a gun.

"All wars have to start with the assumption that is given to the basic populace that they are not fighting the human race. All all wars stop when they realize at length that they're fighting the human race.

"It's curious, isn't it? Their fourth dynamics come to life. Do you know that they had the awfullest time trying to keep World War I going? One particular Christmas they started singing the same hymns on both sides of no man's land, you know. And the next thing you know, why, people were walking around in no man's land. The next thing you know there wasn't a machine gun going for hundreds of miles. And the war almost stopped."

It was then pointed out that they trusted each other for a while, as LRH said, "On the day when we can fully trust each other, there will be peace on Earth."

Thanksgiving was everything we expected with a number of staff and public enjoying good eats, good times, good fellowship. We had pies and turkey, ham and mashed potatoes, more pies and green beans, ooey-gooey butter cake and more pie. Yep, great Thanksgiving!

Oh, but you want to know more about Gilligan, right? Well, here's another photo from the all-star presentation of Gilligans Island....ie. Gilligan's Ideal Org: Mrs. Howell looks worried, Mary Ann seems concerned, but the Professor stands calmly in the background, knowing we'll make our Ideal Org.

As is usual for Kansas City Org, we will be having Thanksgiving dinner. This is good for those who are not able to make it to family dinners due to time and distance, or those who don't have family around to have Thanksgiving with. It is also for all those who are using the holidays to continue to advance yourselves by getting up the Bridge, going in session and going on course.

All in all, it is always one of the best Thanksgiving dinners around with turkeys roasted by John, pies baked by Maggie, Ted's ooey-gooey butter cake and a host of other delectable contributions to a Thanksgiving feast that leaves no one with room for seconds despite lots of leftovers!

So plan on making our Thanksgiving dinner one of your stops for this holiday and spend part of the day on course or in session to make it really count.

Just a bit of Kansas City Org history.

If you want to trace our roots back to the earliest presence in the Kansas City area, look back to October of 1950, when L. Ron Hubbard lectured at the Music Hall of the Kansas City Municipal Auditorium and later at the Kansas City Little Theatre.

These lectures took place 60 years ago on October 21st with a public lecture entitled "Introduction to Dianetics" and then four lectures on October 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th. These lectures were "A Summary of Standard Procedure", "Clarification of Operation", "Types of Cases and Method of Resolving Them" and "Restarting or Reopening Stalled Cases".

Fall Fun Festival

Just completed the Fall Fun Festival. It was a blast for everyone, starting with the moonwalk bouncing house to the great barbecue, the Vesuvius fire dancers to the Idealorgettes. Who are the Idealorgettes, you ask?! I'l show you:

They really got the crowd going and kicked off a rousing event to move us that much closer to the Ideal Org. I'll get more photos up as I get them and you will see how much fun we really did have.

Dianetics Anew

Sometimes we have to be reminded that Dianetics is new news. Sometimes it's good to take a step back and see the subject through new eyes, with a fresh perspective.

I have had that opportunity recently as I have been helping out in the Basic Course Room, supervising new public on the new Dianetics course. My excitement about Dianetics has been revitalized supervising these new public. The wins they are having, even just reading the book and understanding what has been ruining their lives, has rehabilitated my own wins with Dianetics. I can see, with a fresh look, the power of discovery in knowing the source of one's illness and irrationality. And I am excited. Excited to see the realizations and wins of those new to Dianetics. Excited to be involved with Dianetics in helping people become truly happy. Excited to see the new world that awaits us, a world without war, insanity or crime.

I can hardly wait until the auditing begins, when those learning to audit gain the reality of what can be done about the mind!

Just had to jot a quick note about the new Life Improvement Courses. They are fantastic and have been very popular with everyone -- new and old Scientologists. One that seems to attract a lot of students is the one on How to Achieve Self-Confidence. But the biggest draw has been How to Get Motivated. Hmmmm. Perhaps a common difficulty?! Well, whatever the case, there is the solution!

Auditor's Day and More

Auditor's Day this year was celebrated last weekend. We had a good turnout and all auditors were recognized. This year, with all types of auditors recognized, we had over 60 active auditors working to change conditions in their environment by helping people with the technology of Dianetics and Scientology.

This was just a kick-off for more to come!

Incredible Basics Win

A recent win from studying the Basics came in:

"I fell off the Bridge in 1994 after my husband and I left Detroit to care for my mom and dad who were very ill. Soon after I became very ill with a serious lung cancer that had me on oxygen and I aged 10-15 years in a very short time.

"When the Basics and Congresses were released, the Detroit Org called me and encouraged us to get these materials as the data would help. We purchased all Basics and Congresses and immediately started studying them. My husband completed listening to all Congresses and I was making steady progress with the Basics Extension Course. Our goal was to do whatever was necessary to get back on The Bridge. My stable datum that I was thinking with was "theta is senior to MEST".

"Since I couldn't drive long distances, a friend dropped me off at a motel close to the org so that I could get onto an assist program in between sessions until my folders were back from Flag with a detailed program including flattening my Objectives from 20 years ago. A huge ridge blew and I looked 10 years younger and attested to them on Ron's birthday. My auditor at the org continued to audit me on NED and I've had remarkable wins. Floating TAs occurred on more than one occasion, my appearance changed, I'm walking up stairs with minimal effort and I drive myself to Detroit for two weeks every month for auditing.

Volunteer Ministers in Haiti

It has been known that a lot of Volunteer Ministers have been helping out in Haiti. One of those VMs was here in KC last night to brief everyone on what it was like working there and to ask for your continued help.

Here' a link to a report on the VM's work. The blonde VM is the one who was here speaking. She gave a very detailed account of what they were running into on site and it was quite moving.

So many people from around the world (not just VMs) have been helping out but there's still much more to be done.

"Here is the point--from the course, I knew 100% what to do and what was going to happen. The pc said exactly what LRH said the pc would say and did exactly what LRH said he would do. That is a 1st ACC material in action. I didn't have a meter, just helped him to get comfortable for the session and took care of business.

Incredible Dianetics Win

Here's an incredible Dianetics win, just in:

When I was a kid, my brother was who I always looked up to. He was extremely intelligent, he had genius IQ, but never bragged about it. He was very friendly and cared about everyone. On top of that, he was good looking and popular. We all knew he was going to succeed when he grew up. He was the type that would do great things, that is, until he went to war in Desert Storm. None of us knew exactly what happened to him after that.

But after the family's pained waiting and worrying about him ever coming back, when he finally did come home, he was never again the carefree brother I knew. He went to the University of Washington and got plenty of degrees, from the outside you could say he was “successful”, but that spark of life had gone from his eyes. He was depressed and got worse year by year, which greatly saddened me. Despite our efforts, he never spoke about it and after a while, we stopped asking. It was this way for years and years.

Then, right before Christmas, he and his daughter moved in with me. He was a mess, going through a divorce, money was tough and you could tell his life was nothing like he wanted it to be. I had tried to disseminate to him a long time ago but he was never interested or never found the time, etc...., but this time I knew I had to at least try again. I told him about Dianetics and showed him the dvd. He was very skeptical but he agreed to at least give it a try.

He signed up for the Dianetics Seminar and I remember the first day he went in session. He contacted an incident right away but kept getting interrupted by a strange ringing sound that he kept hearing in the room. When he noticed that no one else was hearing this besides him, he realized that this was the sound in his engram from an incident when he had a grenade concussion in the war. He had been badly injured from it, but despite this, he had to continue fighting as there was no time to stop in the middle of the combat. They gave him drugs to “keep him going” which had resulted in a near two week engram with tons of aberrative commands in between. He ran it all out right there and the ringing stopped completely along with a huge burden which seemed to have been lifted from him.

He was so blown away that he wanted to go in right away the next day. This time he contacted a surgery that he had. He was having a really hard time on this one and kept getting tired until he realized that he was hearing the words “wake up, wake up” over and over in his head. He realized that this was the phrase that the doctor kept saying to him, it seemed like he had run it out but then the incident did not lift! No new data was coming up until....he realized that there was an earlier similar incident and despite the fact that he never believed in “past life stuff” before, he suddenly knew without a single doubt that he had lived before, recalling with exact detail the incident where someone was telling him hysterically to “wake up” when he never did.

We were crying and laughing together when he told me all of this. It all made sense as when he was a kid, I would try to wake him up and he would get very upset, but that had all gone away. Now he is totally himself again, up-tone and excited about life, like he was when he was younger! Immediately after this he pulled in an awesome job making tons of money.

Just the other day he came up to me and said he is going to go Clear and that even though he got this new job, he decided he wants to be a professional Dianetics Auditor and join staff! Dianetics got my brother on the Bridge and after so long trying to help him, he is now a Scientologist. What a miracle for Christmas, LRH was right, we hold the true spirit of Christmas, giving to our fellow man and saving beings! Thank you COB for getting the tech pure so he could have these wins! And thank you so much LRH for giving me my brother back! S.R.

New Year's Event

The New Year's event was everything I expected and more. There were several points in the presentation where I felt quite moved by the amount of positive effects we are creating around the world. Most significant were the presentations on the Volunteer Ministers and Applied Scholastics.

The Grand Opening of the new Dallas Ideal Org is next weekend and people are going to be attending from miles around. The event is going to be quite spectacular as I hear the new Dallas Org is a new generation of Ideal Org with goodies that none of the earlier ones have.

Closer to home, we are still building our own Ideal Org and we definitely want you to be a part of the whole evolution. We have openings for staff, seats available in the course rooms for more students and a few slots available with an auditor. Well, there are two subjects to this post. First, tonight was another fund raiser....not the usual, it was a silent auction. Lots of people came to do a bit of Christmas shopping and bid on some of the great gifts available. And the children came to visit Santa Claus.

And, as an additional note, to build an Ideal Org, we also need staff. We have some great postcards going out online as well as via snail mail. So I'll post them here as well.

There is a wealth of technology available and the VMs are busy getting it to those in need.

There is a lot of free literature available and VMs at the tent made sure that anyone who was looking for answers found something that could help them.

There are also booklets available with specific areas of technology such as how to study, how to resolve conflicts, how to help children, answers to drugs, solutions for a dangerous environment and many more.

Assists Popular!

Of course, as we all know, assists are very popular with everyone visiting the tent.

Lots of people visited the tent in Parkville and got assists; in fact, it was probably the most popular service delivered there.

Some were merely sore from a long day of walking around the fair, some had more chronic problems and were quite thankful for the relief an assist gives.

But all found assist technology helpful and reached for more answers.

A large number of Volunteer Ministers worked shifts throughout the entire weekend so that everyone who visited got some sort of help.

One thing is certain, everyone who visited the tent now knows assist technology works and they'll be remembering the fair for more reasons than just the food and rides!

VM Parade

If you remember all the excitement a few years ago when they were here, you can expect that and more this year. The Continental Volunteer Minister Cavalcade will be here August 20th to brief you on this year's venues and activities. You'll want to find out what's what because it is exciting.

Maiden Voyage #4

I just got the staff preview of MV4 and I have to tell you, you are going to love it! Just the first segment (only about the first 15 minutes of the event) is completely awesome and will make you proud to be a Scientologist. Then, you watch each of the following segments and it builds on that!
The things coming down the pipeline to really handle the problems of this planet will blow you away! In the event, you will see how we really will be able to handle drugs, insanity, criminality, war, as well as the individual problems of everyday life!

Being on Staff

First of all, thank you for the comments from Milla and Grahame.
I do have to admit, I had some inspiration that kept me going as long as I have.
In 1991, we had a staff member in our org who was an old-timer who had worked with Ron and even set up a couple orgs. His name was Andy Bagley and he worked in our org for 5 years as the Director of Special Affairs. Well, having been around a long time, Andy had lots of stories to tell. And one of the things he told me was "the first 20 years are the hardest!" This threw me because I was only on staff about 12 years at the time and all I could think of was "8 more years till it gets easier?!" In 1994, Andy went to Flag and was awarded a lifetime achievement award for 35 years as a staff member.
I did find his words to be true, however, and after I hit the 20 year mark, without really noticing it, I did find that it was easier. Of course getting more training and auditing helped, I'm sure, but also with that much experience, you really do settle in to a level of skill and competence and being on staff becomes easier. Not to say it's all a cake-walk, not by a long shot! But after a while, you just know that you can weather anything and it'll all come out well in the end.
And, of course, my main inspiration comes from LRH himself. Everything I've studied from LRH has been inspiring but there was one letter in particular that I still have with me, framed, in my office. Old timers will tell you that we used to write to LRH after every event or any other time we got the urge. I had corresponded with LRH many times, but there was one letter in particular where I was really having a rough time of it on staff and didn't see how things could ever get better and I let Ron know how hard a time I was having. Ron wrote back and his answer was so perfect that not only did it inspire me then and there to keep on, it has inspired me for years since. He told me two things in particular that had a lot of impact. The first, he said, "I do apply the datum that serious is solidity, which you can find in 8-8008 and the PDC." And the other thing he told me, that has carried me through some of the toughest of times: "The greatest test of a thetan is not only making things go right, but carrying on after they haven't."
And with that in mind, 29 years is a drop in the bucket and I will keep working here until we have an Ideal Org in Kansas City, and then we'll take it to Saint Hill Size and then....who knows, we'll raise the bar even higher!
Being on staff isn't always easy, but it's always needed. And there's no higher purpose or activity you can be part of, really (except, of course, the Sea Org). Speaking of which, go into your local org and see the Maiden Voyage #2 event and you'll see exactly what I mean!

At the end of tonight's event, the Executive Director presented me with a special award for my years of service at the Kansas City Org. I was not expecting anything and so was completely surprised. What she presented was my own subscription to the Golden Age book package, delivering 80 books to my door over the next 6 years! I love to read and so this was a marvelous gift and surprise!
So I want to say thank you. First, thank you to everyone who chipped in to get the book subscription. I am a big fan of LRH's fiction and this was wonderful! I love it!
Secondly, I want to thank everyone. I've been on staff for 29 years at the Kansas City Org and I want to thank you for allowing me to serve you. In Scientology 8-8008, LRH talks about doing without having, in other words, doing without getting some sort of payment or return benefit, and he makes the point that when one does without having, it increases his being. So for all my years of service, I have to thank you because it has allowed me to achieve more beingness. I'm happy for your gains, and I thank you for the gains you gave me!

Stories from the Golden Age of Fiction

Well, tonight was "Fiction Night" and staff and public alike arrived dressed as characters from fiction novels. A large majority were pirates so it was a rather raucous crowd. The event itself featured never before released data about LRH's life as fiction author, detailing his career in the pulp fiction world.
There were photos taken so if I can get my hands on some, I'll get them posted so everyone can see the great time we had!
The OT Committee provided a wonderful barbecue dinner.
It was a great event and everyone had an awesome time. Thanks to all who worked to make it a great event.

The Benefits of Gradients

About a year and a half ago, I had completed listening to all of the Congresses and was working on all the other recorded lectures in sequence. I had gotten up to the Milestone One lectures about the time the Basics came out. While I had success in all my study, Milestone one seemed a bit of a challenge.
That has all changed. Studying the Basics all in chronological order has been the perfect gradient and now, Milestone One is awesome! I got through the first lecture and it blew me away! There really is a big secret under this big lid: no one really wants to find out and there are certainly those who don't want you to know. But it is right there in the Milestone One lectures!
I'm eagerly looking forward to the rest. It's like reading a good book and you get to the end of one chapter and you are so glued to the plot, you can't put the book down and need to read on. Well, that's Milestone One and I'm going on to my next "chapter".

Great Day on Handbook for Preclears

I'm on the Handbook for Preclears and the Life Continuum Course. Yesterday I was reading in Handbook for Preclears and the questions in the book triggered an old memory from 4th grade. I recalled what were, to my 4th grade perceptions, the coolest kid in the class. Specifically, Steve. Steve was a little bit slow as a student, but he was cool and he was the only 4th grader that had a girlfriend-Kim. Kim happened to be the cutest girl in the class which made Steve that much cooler. Next thing I know, my left arm started to hurt. Instantly I got a picture of Steve having a broken arm. Doing some cool stunt, he had broken his arm. Because he couldn't write, he had to have his assignments written by another student for him. Kim did the honors. All very cool (I thought). Next thing I know, I'm going out playing and I break my arm!
None of this was connected in my mind back in 4th grade, but reading Handbook for Preclears, it all came to the forefront of my mind, connected up and fell apart. The pain in my arm blew and I sat in the courserooom reading the rest of the book with a big grin on my face.
Interesting how one's own illnesses and ailments come from one's own postulates.

Thought, Emotion and Effort

I finished the Advanced Procedure and Axioms, Thought, Emotion and Effort Course this past week. It was quite incredible! There was a lot of data on exactly how to be Cause, how seriousness is down tone and the only way to really win is to handle life as a game. It was great! One of the lectures is a great description of how LRH actually did the research into the whole track; quite an interesting tale.

In a Word, Basics

When I try to think of how to put into words, the Basics, I'm somewhat stymied because there is no easy way to describe it without cutting to ribbons the full impact. I could go on for hours and somehow miss in communicating the importance, impact, causes, effects and "wow" of the Basics.
The easiest way for someone to actually get a good idea is to watch the Golden Age of Knowledge for Eternity video. This is available from any Church of Scientology at no charge. It's three hours long but worth every minute if you really want to be briefed about the Basics.
Then, the only thing to do, really, is begin studying the Basics. Chronologically. That's the thing that I see has made the biggest difference for me.
Studying the data in sequence, step by step along the research trail, has given me more understanding than ever before. Most of the books I've read several times before and, obviously, getting the materials in their correct form has made a difference. But following it in sequence has pieced together the technology in a way I had never conceived before. Things that I had considered completely disrelated are now connected and simply a part of the research line, flowing one step to the next. And having more relevance than I thought possible.
Tell you what. Do this: come to the briefing next Saturday, April 19th, and get the hot skinny on what's happening on this planet (what they won't tell you on CNN!). Current State of Society Briefing

There is a special briefing being held on the current state of society. It is being done by a representative from the West US continental management organization in coordination with the Office of Special Affairs to inform Scientologists about certain issues that you must know about. The briefing will cover what has been recently taking place in our society. The Price of Freedom has been defined at constant alertness and constant willingness to fight back. This briefing will inform you of those things you need to be alert about and how you can fight back.
