Basics Success

The Basics really are easier to read and duplicate!
Most notable in support of this, besides the increased volume of people reading and completing Basics studies, is a recent new student. She started on course and in reading Dianetics, got about 1/3 of the way through the book, had numerous cognitions about a)having a reactive mind, b)needing auditing, c)increased awareness of personal aberrations and dramatizations and d)a desire to work at the org helping others with this technology! And that was all in the first day!
In my own Basics study, I've now completed History of Man and started on Scientology 8-80. In 2 hours on 8-80, I am nearly half way through already! It has been very easy to read and understand.
If you still have the idea that studying Scientology is at all difficult, discard it now. Studying the Basics will disabuse you of that and you will begin having wins and cognitions right from the start!

A Congress is Coming!

Yes, it's true. A Congress is coming!
For those who remember last year's congress, here's one to look forward to. Again, sponsored by the Freewinds, it's a weekend congress where you listen to the LRH, do the drills, enjoy an org-wide event where everyone participates and gets involved.
This year it is being held the 1st and 2nd of December. And the congress is the London Congress on Dissemination and Help. If you've not heard these lectures, they are great!
So mark your calendar and make plans to attend. In case you don't know, the increases in IQ, aptitude and personality graphs is always quite astounding and this year won't be any different.

A Quick Basics Blurb

As the Basics continue to roll out, I have to put in my own two cents worth. I just finished the new Handbook for PreClears and it is completely awesome! I actually had a post situation that seemed impossible to resolve and using the tech from this book, I was able to get it sorted out and handled. Quite simply, I might add. Now I'm on to History of Man.
November 10th we will be showing the IAS Anniversary Event in the new building and this is one you won't want to miss! The Basics are taking the world by storm and there's more to come. You will get to hear the great news of how fast people are speeding up the Bridge as a result of the new Basics and there are supposed to be more new releases at this event. I can't wait to find out what we're getting next. If it's anything like the Basics, it will just expand the wins exponentially!
So stay tuned, plan on attending the IAS event and in the meantime, keep on studying your Basics!

Basics Books

I calculated out how fast I should be reading my new Basics books. In the Maiden Voyage event #2, we were told that the average person was getting through the entire lineup in 39 days. I totaled up the number of pages in all the books. Then I figured 39 days at 8 hours per day of study. Then I divided that by what my staff enhancement of 12 1/2 hours a week would be. I basically concluded that I could read 200 pages per week and would be done with all the Basics by the end of December 2007.
I read a lot on my own as well, so I may be ahead of that target.
Right now I'm reading Handbook for PreClears and it is blowing my mind. Did you know that he actually tells you step by step how to process an insane person and make them sane?! It's quite amazing!!
I've gotten a considerable amount of stability from reading this one book in particular and I haven't even tried doing the processes in the book, I'm simply reading it!
So all I can really say is that there is some amazing tech in the Basics and if you dig in and study away, it will change your life.
Kind of like LRH says at the beginning of Dianetics about "may you never be the same again".
Anyway, I'm having wins galore and I can't say enough about how much YOU should be studying the Basics!

And the Basics Keep Rolling Along (Plus a Bonus!)

Tonight's graduation had a multitude of graduates. The Basics are obviously more popular than ever!
But the big news tonight was the return and special celebration for Adam Drake, who just attested to the State of Clear! Yes, that's right! Our latest Clear!
People are coming out of the wood work to get their Basics!
People are graduating Basics courses in droves!
And a Clear to boot!
Great news, eh?!

Stellar Accomplishments

Of course there were also acknowledgements to those who made stellar contributions to the Ideal Org. Everyone has contributed (it's everyone's org!) but some people have been rather stellar and after the Wizard presentation, acknowledgements were given to a few of those who stood out above the rest.

Wiz Biz

As our courageous crew of wizard seeking OTs travel down the Yellow Brick Road to the Ideal Org, they of course, meet up with the Wicked Witch who trained at Acme School of Psychiatry.

They're scared, yes they are! But that doesn't stop them from doing what they know needs to be done:

The Tin Man gives the witch a yellow brick slam-down! One more step towards the Ideal Org!

More of the Wiz

Some more pictures of the Wizard of Oz, Ideal Org event follow. Glinda, the Good Witch informs Dorothy and friends of the road out.

You can see the start of the trip on the Yellow Brick Road.

Then, as they travel down the Yellow Brick Road towards Oz, they meet up with the Missouri Department of Transportation....

Where, of course, the road ends. At this point, more yellow bricks must be purchased to pave the rest of the road to the Ideal Org/Oz.

Enter the Brick Seller....

Ideal Org Wizard of Oz

The Cowardly Lion, Dorothy, the Tin Man and the Scarecrow entertain the group on Saturday night. Everyone was completely enthralled by the performance and had a great time! There was just so much fun that everyone easily got into the spirit of things and when it came to getting yellow bricks to complete the road to Oz and the Ideal Org, there was no shortage of participants.
Expect to see more event photos over the coming days.
